I bought one of these (not to learn to play bridge with but because it is vintage) at a rummage sale a few weeks ago. Mine is a much more deluxe version though. I guess these must have been pretty popular.

I’m not sure I get the point of these. But the next time I went into this shop only one was left. So I ask this, if you were going to buy an unattractive carved (looking) pear, wouldn’t you want a pair of pears? Hahaha…I crack myself up. Usually no one else, but I keep myself entertained. 😉
