Nice dress with pink (yes I know pink can get kind of nauseating, I’ll try to do better) flowers.
If only I had a place to wear it and could fit into it! Working in my garden, working in the thrift store, doing housework and running errands don’t really require that I dress up.
Well to appreciate today’s tacky winner you really have to see it in person.
A black velvet bathrobe, with sequins, and flowers and shoulder pads! Looks like something Elizabeth Taylor would have worn in her older age. (RIP Liz, you were beautiful, and a good actress, but the wardrobe? Well sometimes you just kind of missed the mark.)
I have a really bad feeling that this wasn’t originally a costume!

Well it was a close one with today’s tacky of the day….pretty much a tie I’d say.
I really don’t get the point of this hat. Is that white thing with a rake in it mean it’s for gardening? Or is that a sand trap? And I don’t even want to go into the feathers! What kind of a person would actually wear it out in public? It must have been a gag gift. Yes, that must be it, no other reasonable explanation!
